I am so happy to read back from you. Firstly i want you to know that the apartment is still available for rent. Below are some vital information you need to know about my apartment. It cost 800CHF monthly together with all bills such as water, electricity,internet connection is very fast and reliable,water available, Flat screen TV,Balcony,wood floor,microwave oven,Refrigerator,gas Air Condition, parking Space e.t.c and also a 850CHF security deposit payment which is refundable while packing out of my apartment if there is no damage or loss of my properties it is also a share apartment each room have toilet and bathroom furnished.

The apartment is situated at Rosenbergstrasse 56 8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland, and it is close to its metro station,my apartment is spacious, it is about 60sqm in size and a room is about 30sqm. there are restaurant and public transport all around and it's 8mins walking distance to the supermarket, .Also, there is parking space for car and even bicycle also in a very safe and friendly environment area in Switzerland.

You can rent my apartment for as long or short as you want because presently am in UK i was just been transferred here for a contract job and that's why am renting out my apartment. If you notice, you will discover that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for the property.

You can go to my apartment address and see it but you wont gain full entrance into the apartment because its locked and am here with the keys that's why i sent you my apartment pictures so you can have an idea of how the inside looks like...

I am asking because I like doing things in a straight forward way and wont want to cause any delay.

like i have explain earlier am in UK now with my family working and i dont have any intention making use of anybody over there to handle this for me due to my bad past experience this is the reason why i decided to handle this myself..

you can go there and check the environment of the apartment and the building with the pics i have sent you i believe you will have an idea how the inside looks likes...

firstly we shall need to sign a rental contract that will be organise by my lawyer here in UK this will stand as a guaranty and security between us......

do get back to me for further procedures.

For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer then i will post the keys of the apartment and the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed and I will be sending you my international passport along with the contract I own the apartment and when I send you the keys you will receive it and move in.

Please get back to me as soon as you can as i will need some information from you which i will send to my lawyer to prepare the rental agreement contract.
