I only receive money after viewing and that is only you have the keys and sign the agreement and i am ready to come down for i want you to see what you are paying for.I just need proof that the agreed rent and deposit is available and i will meet up with you anytime you like viewing it.these is my suggestion for the safety and interest of the both of us because i don't want regret coming down and i can't tell you to pay for a property
you've not viewed..You send the security deposit and a month rent to your friends,family,partner or anybody's details (NOT ME) in uk Via western union around you and scan the receipts for me on here to send to my lawyer .Immediately he confirms the scanned attached receipt you emailed me, i will email you and arrange for the view any time you want to view it because with these,i am convinced that you are capable of meeting my demands for i know you will like the property....After the viewing must have been scheduled already the receiver or you will go and collect the money from the money gram agent or western union,sign the rental agreement form if possible or later and get the keys to the property before paying me in cash in the presence of my lawyer or pay me anytime,i will like to know when you will get the receipt ready,if you can make the transfer today and scan the receipt to me to show to my lawyer,i will ring you up to meet me at the tube station for the viewing since i am 100%assured that you are capable.
I believe you understand why it is done this way which is for the safety and security of the both of us..The transfer charges will be refund back to you on the spot of view or deducted from the first month rent you are paying me in cash because i know and i can bet you will like the property.

and type your post code in the post code space on the site and search for your nearest Western union agent, just to show me your financial capability about the flat because i cant really tell someone in London to arrange the viewing of my flat for me.because i need to make sure you are highly interested and also shown and proven your capability in the flat in this way of showing it to me. and perhaps i never requested you to make the money transfer to my name.but to your partners name or your friend's name.I simply mean your name will be filled in the senders details of the Western union transfer receipt while in the Receivers Space in the Western union transfer form,Your partner or your friend's name will be filled there.Then have the receipt you where given after making the transfer scanned to me.So that i can come for the Viewing and as soon as you send the money
The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
