Thanks for the mail, i am so happy to let you know that the apartment is still very much available for rent.Here are some important information about the apartment.The apartment cost 600CHF per month including all bills such as: Wireless internet facilities, Television, Phone, Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator,Bedroom,Bathroom, Toilet,Livingroom, kitchen, utility room, parking space, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom has a full bed with down duvet & pillows, the blankets, and a 6 drawer dresser, dining table, reading chair, fold out couch, water, hydro.
Plus 750CHF for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing without any lost or damage of my properties.
The apartment is located at Rue Liotard 35, 1202 Genève, Switzerland and it just about 1.2km distance to its metro station,the apartment spacious is about 80sqm and a room is about 30sqm, restaurant and public transport all around and it's few mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Genève.
To know much more about the environment,just open www,google.com, click on map, copy the address and paste it into the map, you will surely see the building and the environment very clearly.
But presently am not in Genève for now as am presently in United kingdom now to complete my work with my company and am here with my families and my keys.But all you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you to take a look of the apartment from outside ,But i want you to have it mind that the apartment is presently locked and am here with the keys.that is the reason why i sent you my apartment picture just for you to have an idea of how the inside looks like.you will be living in my apartment without sharing it with anybody.it is available for short term and long term basis because am going to be here for 2 years and i dont want my apartment to be dusty when coming back After 2 years,that is the main reason why am renting out my apartment.

Thanks for getting back to me and your understanding. Here is little about myself...My name is Muller sundaram Raymond, I was born in belgium but i live in Great britian, my father is from Beligum and mother from Geneva i was born in 26 december 1976,Am married with 2 daughters,Am nice, faithful, loyal, honest, caring, open minded,I work in Construction company here in United Kingdom.i don't smoke but i drink socially.i love pet,I love warm weather, tropical drinks and sandy beaches. Two years ago, I Inherit the apartment from my late mother who is from Geneva.It's because am the only child and also here working for my company in United Kingdom and there is no way i could come to take good care of the apartment myself that's why i am looking for a reliable tenant who is going to take good care of this apartment for me in my absence
Whenever i traveled like that, I make use of house agent or a friend of mine over there but they cheated a lot on my tenants and my tenants complains alot about that. That is the reason why i took the keys along with me because i don't want my apartment to be used anyhow in my absence.
Also,I would like to put my trust in you.
For you to get the place reserved we will both sign my rental agreement contract which is going be prepared and signed by my lawyer, which is documented with Swiss's law because it is going to stand as guarantee for both of us.
The contract has already been signed by my lawyer,I will sign it,scan it,send it to your email box and immediately you receive it, you are to print it out as well,fill it, sign it, scan it, email it back to me.
After that you will go ahead with your payment which is your first month rent and security deposit . Once your payment is confirmed by me, i will post the keys and the receipt of your payment to you via DHL courier service .it is just 1-2 days delivery and email you the shipping code for you to know when the keys will be deliver to you so that you can have your keys and move into my apartment.
Kindly get back to me to let me know what you think about this proceedure so that i can send the rental agreement contract to you for you to fill and sign..If i didnt response to your call that means am busy at work and you can easily add me to your skype account so that we can chat in the everning when i get home username sundaram.muller

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by a Money Transfer Service to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union or other Money Transfer Services before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
