Thank you for your interest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, 1 bathroom and kitchen.
It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (central heating, washing machine, fridge, microwave). It was mine and my family home, for several years, until 2 years ago when my wife was transferred to work in Copenhagen Denmark (lucky her, Denmark is her home) and we moved here to live with the whole family. Her contract of employment is for 10 years, so we rebuilt our lives here without planning a return to London. Since our departure, I rent the apartment to a young family which, recently ,for personal reasons, was forced to move out of the city so, now I need someone else to rent my apartment. The rent for 1 month is £950. The apartment is unoccupied now, so you can move there as soon as you receive the keys.
The only problem is that I'm the only one who has the keys of the apartment and now I'm in my house in Denmark, but I am sure that if you are interested, we will find a solution to send you the keys in order to visit the apartment as soon as possible and to sign the lease.

I'm glad you're still interested in my apartment! The apartment has individual heating with natural gas. The cost of gas, electricity, water, depends on your consumption, but certainly does not exceed £70 I know it from my previous renters. You decide the period of the contract, for me if the period is bigger,is better, or if you prefer we can do it for one year with possibility of extension.
Regarding the receipt of keys and signing the contract, I think the best option to solve it early is to find an agency who is responsible for transporting packages and they can help us with the transport of the keys and with the contract signature. I can send you the keys and the contract signed by me and the agency can make it arrive within two days and with the agent you can visit the apartment. If you like it ,at that moment the agent of the company makes you sign the contract after you read it, but if you do not like it and you reject it, no problem, the agent is responsible to bringing me back the keys and you are free of any obligation.
If you're interested I will going tomorrow to the company to leave the keys and the contract.
For the expenses of the agency do not worry, I'll pay for these services.

I have looking for solutions for sending the keys and the best option to do all the treatment can offer us the company TNT. It is a known company worldwide which reduces the risks associated with Internet transactions by acting as a neutral third party licensed to transact online. So, both parties will be protected and we will have guarantees that only qualified personnel may offer. TNT Company may appoint one of its employees to represent me and handle everything in a safe, legal and more than all, right for both parties. For all these reasons, I think that TNT company is the best guarantee that we both have to protect ourselves from any risk that the distance treatment may expose us.
I went to one of TNT offices and I talked with agents about sending the keys and they explained to me the whole process.

With your dates I go to TNT and I leave the keys and the contract and immediately after, an TNT agent will contact you to confirm you the service and the fact that I left the keys and the contract at the company. TNT, also will send you a report with all necessary information, you have to analyze it and confirm your information.
Before starting any transaction, TNT requests from the receiver ,in this case from you, to confirm that you were willing to receive the keys. As proof of yours acceptance, TNT requires from you the payment of the first month + deposit for the apartment, £1900; the payment must be made through a transfer at name of the agent in charge to transport the keys. The money transferred at the company is the sign that you have to give to get the keys and make the visit to the apartment together with the TNT agent.
TNT agrees to keep the money until the keys will be on your possession and you will be able to visit the apartment.
You must do the transfer according the instructions given by TNT and send the transfer details at TNT. After the confirmation of the payment TNT starts the process of transmission. Within a maximum of 24 hours the TNT agent communicates with you to fix the visit of the apartment.
After seeing the apartment you will make the decision if you rent it or not. If you believe that my apartment is not what you need you must say this to the TNT agent, present there with you, that the decision is to not rent. In that case the TNT agent has a duty to return you the money that you leave as a sign with the agency, meaning the money you advance through TNT for the apartment. The return of the money will be made immediately,in cash. But if the apartment is what you want the visit will be continued with the signing of the contract that the agent will put at your disposal. In this case, the keys remain in your possession (you can move there as we agreed) and the representative of the TNT will ask you for a subscription agreement in which you give your permission so the company can give me the deposit money you made.
I'll pay all costs of transport services for the contract and keys of the agency, you only have to pay the deposit in advance to TNT according to the information they will provide to you.
I wait the e-mail with your details and tomorrow I go to the agency to resolve everything.
