As soon as you provide this, we will need to proceed with the next step of the documentation by making his rent payment.i know that he will really enjoy my apartment.Thank you for your interest and effort.

I hope you are aware that the Refundable bond is still your money which you will be getting back anytime you intend vacating my apartment, mine is just the rent.

And there is no one to leave keys with that why i deposited it at post office and i want you to no the apartment is as you see it in the pictures and you will not regret that you rented my apartment. The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by a Money Transfer Service to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! These transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union or other Money Transfer Services before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Please make sure you don't do the payment online, just go to the nearest Western union Outlet beside you as i don't want to stress you in sending the money, pick up a teller and fill it, after filling it, you will give it back to them including the money, you will have to add some fees to the money for the western union charges..but the charges is not so that much. It will just be used in sending the money.

A receipt of payment will be issued for you after the confirmation of your payment. I hope you are aware that the deposit is still your money which you will be getting back anytime you intend vacating my apartment, mine is just the rent.

Thanks for the re-assurance and also for your keen interest in getting the place reserved as I am very happy for that and it is okay with me.I also want you to know that it is a 1 bedroom but it has double bed spaces..I also want you to know that it is well furnished and well decorated with lots of facilities such as

My father an Australian but my mother was born in the United Kingdom but we all live together in Australia before my parents divorced so this separation had caused my mother to get back to the UK since 1995...I live in United Kingdom presently, I have a job to finish here with my company and that's why I have moved with my family . I have a 3 years contract with my company and a very good chance of an extension. Am right now in Manchester presently and the keys to the apartment are deposited at the Post Office in Perth International Airport for any interested tenant to get it picked up there or get it delivered to his or her address once payment is confirmed, But i will like to know if you are willing to get the keys picked up or you want it delivered to your address as I will be able to delivery the keys to your address without any extra charges. Am willing to rent out the apartment for Long and Short term lease its all depend on how you are willing to stay in my apartment after your one month stay and you will need to sign a contract. Before i proceed further with the contract i will like to make this clear to you that , the apartment is luck for now and that I will want you to take good care of the place in my absence because my experience from previous tenant was so bad..
