Rental Scammer - [email protected]

I fell in the same trap from "Dara Megan Dyer <[email protected]>". She even sent me some photos of herself as my roommate as well as some photos of the apartment in San Francisco.

I had trusted in her offer strongly until I heard she refuses to set an in-person appoint and she wants the deposit and first month rental (a $800 + $600) transferred to her mom (EBONY EPPERSON, NEW ORLEANS,LOUISIANA 70117) using Western Union! Which I offered her either cash or bank check.

There I doubted and I find this page by searching for her interests, where scammers often copy and paste from somewhere. It was the line I searched "Macbeth, Harry Potter, The Hitchhiker Guide to the Galaxy, Les Miserables, The Lovely Bones, Jane Eyr" and I ended up here to get 100% sure it is scam! Later I even found in zillow.com that the mentioned house in 212 7th Ave, SF is a 4bd/1ba house with estimated rent of $4300 not a 2bd/2br with $600 for half of it! You can check:

Thanks for your posting man however. I didn't lost any money but 1 day of my precious time in finding home and a copy of my California ID which I don't think can be very helpful to him/her.

Thank for your interest okay .It is still available and the exact address is: 212 7th Ave San Francisco, CA 94118, USA and it is just 20 minutes to San Francisco Airport and 36secs to the bus station. The apartment belongs to my dad and my mom who has relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana 70117 with her new hubby is managing the apartment. The apartment is a two bedroom en-suite apartment meaning you will have your own separate bedroom with separate bathroom okay.It is month to month lease to get the room secured till your arrival and you can then extend your stay upon your arrival.I am staying in one room while the other room is vacant and available for rent.
I am Dara Megan Dyer.I enjoy meeting people from different cultures.I do not smoke neither am I a party freak.I respect my flatmate beliefs and opinions .I do not do drug and i look after myself.
