He lists very nice apartment units at low prices and then makes you wire him a large deposit + first month's rent to "secure" the unit. He then asks for a larger chunk of money for "renovations".

Uses poor and unprofessional English.
No corporation affiliation or licenses.
Does not ask for a credit check, income stubs, or any form of verification that you have money.
He/she simply wants your wire transfer ASAP.
