Thanks for having interest in my Room,the property belongs to my late father, my mother have been managing and maintaining the Apartment since my father passed away,she is presently relocated with her new hubby, but she does come to visit me once in a while,the place is 2 bedroom apartment,I only live in this Apartment now,the neighborhood is very quite and safe, i don't mind having you in this Place...I do work in a Health Center and came back late night everyday,so there is no time for me to set up a meeting with you or viewing the place at the moment but you can access it through the

The lease is-$600/month/Room including the utilities,fridge-freezer,oven,washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, Internet charges and others.--$700 for the security deposit which is refundable during the departure time from the room.
I am a kind and honest person and my mother have spent time and resources a lot on this Apartment so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of the Room and want you to manage it as your own if eventually you will be the occupant. I want you to promise me that you will not disappoint me at the long run.is that taken?it is not all for money sake but I want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat .
I will like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat ? Am confidently assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you come into the flat while you will have your private bathroom .

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
