rental scammer - [email protected]

Nachelle Lopez continues to post fabulous rentals with advanced rent & security deposits required on Zillow under several email names & addresses. Several lease offers were sent to me all with the same account name but with multiple banks. This individual needs to be caught & prosecuted. Please report this to the respective bank in order to shut down this predator.

While we do have a system in place in which accounts used for fraud are reported to the appropriate organizations, we have to have actual evidence (original emails with headers, showing the fraudulent use of the account) in order to file those reports. A simple forum post is not sufficient. In addition, in many cases, it requires multiple reports with evidence for each account before action will be taken by the bank, and each individual bank is responsible for its own accounts. You can post the evidence, or forward it to one of our support staff, if you would like us to file reports.

Please be aware that the name being used is most likely NOT the scammer's real name, but is typically an alias. The numbers are what are used in making transfers, not the name.

This person is alive and kicking and is operationing the name of Roland Green , working for Point 2 Agent . beware!!!!! I wonder how the Royale Condo likes being a target for this kind of activity .Must hurt the name and brand...

I googled the name “Nachelle Lopez” that appeared on the contract and bank account and discovered this page as the first result.

Lastly, Roland Green only has this single listing; this is the address he or she seems to be peddling (the following signature appeared at the bottom of his first correspondence with me):

The email address "[email protected]" leads me to this FAKE website http://roland-apartmen.com/ Which advertises a property based at 450 West 42nd Street, New York City, NY 10036.

So glad they will be reported ! Also Capital Bank in Brooklyn ,fraud department has gotten involved, as "Roland Green" had set up an account for Nachelle Lopez name. hopefully one person will be stopped ...
