This is a nice duplex apartment furnished two rooms of 60m ². The apartment is very clean like the pictures. This is my daughter who occupied the apartment. The reason for this potential rent is not to leave the apartment empty and not maintained since she just joined us (my husband and I) in France as part of her studies.

I confirm that the rent is 500 € / month (charges included) (Water, Electricity, Gas, trash, internet). Remember especially the apartment is available for long because it is my daughter who lived there. The reason for this potential rent is not to leave the apartment empty and not maintained since she joined us in France as part of her studies.

Lease occurring between individuals, there is no agency commission, fee records, costs of preparing the lease.

The guarantee requested is one (1) month for rent and one (1) month for the deposit as required by Belgian law.

Regarding the appointment, I am available to make a reservation for Friday, April 19, 2013 at 18:30 in order to show you the apartment and notably signed the lease because I live in Paris for work reasons . Understand by this that I've made the trip several times in Paris in Ixelles for people who found the apartment great but who had not yet met the amount requested or their records were not complete. So I do not want to start these kinds of transfers.

Here are the list of documents required
- A copy of both sides of your identity card valid
- One of the last rent receipt (if you are already tenant) or your guarantor
- Last wage statement (if you are employed) or your guarantor
- The receipt of payment of one month deposit (500 €) and a month's rent (500 €) for an amount of € 1,000.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
