Room for Rent and other rental scams

Hello, I received this answer and I would like to know if it seems to you as a scam. For what I've read so far, this is not the first person who writes weird messages. He claims that the keys are with him in the UK. Thanks for your help!

you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it
neat when i come for a check up.

It is a scam and it looks like it was written by a West African.

Very clear and certain signs of being written by a West African scammer as vx says, and a very inexperienced one too.

I love the question regarding the name of your pet :=) which he doesn't require for your wife or children. Presumably if you aren't available to talk on the phone he'll be speaking to your dog. :D

The point being that scammers believe that making the process complex makes it more credible, but they don't really have a clue. Unfortunately there are much smarter ones out there.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle

Hi valeriacip. As the other members have indicated it is a scam without doubt. The script you published (above) has been used in previous scam attempts, almost word for word. The scam artists simply change names and a few minor details to make it sound good. One scam e-mail with much of the same text is dated from July of Twenty 09, so the script has been around for a number of years.
