Thank you for contacting me and having interest in renting my Studio available for rent. However, I want you to know that i listed out my Flat immediately i got confirmation about my pending Community Appointment in London which means i will be leaving Amsterdam tonight. So, i seek for someone honest, neat and ready to move in as soon as possible.

I belief you really need to be aware of this before telling you more about myself & my Studio as well as getting some pictures of my Flat send to you so, you can have an idea of what my flat looks like. Kindly get back to me if you are really interested, your present location and tell me more about yourself ?

N:B.. I want you to know that mailing you keys to my flat will be the only option i have if eventually we can't meet today before my departure as i have no one i could leave my keys for OR meet with you.

FYI Common denominators from other rental scams I've encountered. The owner/landlord is leaving for London, he'll/she'll give you a short history on his/her background and why he/she is leaving to live in London, he/she is overly polite and cordial, he's looking for an honest, standup person who'll take good care of his property, the property is fully furnished, there may be pictures available, he/she won't give you a specific address until you forward a significant deposit via wire transfer, with a significant deposit via wire transfer he'll mail you the keys.

Thanks for the mail, the apartment is still available for rent, it is EUR450 per month inclusive all bills such as water, electricity, internet connection,water available, microwave oven, fridge,gas inclusive of a washing machine e.t.c EUR700 for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing if there is no lost or damage of my properties.

The apartment is located at Runstraat 1 1016 Amsterdam, The Netherlands . And it is not far from the main road for connected transportation means. The apartment is spacious and well ventilated, restaurant, public transport and supermarket are within touching distance. it's located in a very nice serene safe area. The pictures attached to it were the one i took before i left there because presently i am not in Amsterdam, i relocated abroad about a month ago. Am looking forward to your positive reply.
