Could you please determine if the following email and context from [email protected] is a kind of fraud or I'm just paranoid.

I hope these email replies are not one of fraud system meanwhile I think he is a thief somehow. I hope to hear the truth from you so I could move on. Also, if this guy is a scam, I wish my experience would be told so that another people will know and pass over and be more careful on rental thief.

I'm sorry to say that you have fallen victim to a scammer. Please check your emails.
Sending money in this way is like giving cash to a stranger. Please do not be fooled if he asks for more money due to the courier holding the keys for some reason. There are no keys.
Scammers will ask for more money until you stop paying them.

Although the scammer is likely in another part of the world from you, it's not a good idea to string them along.
He may have contacts in your area and he has your real life details. There is the possibility that an angry scammer may try to make life difficult for you.
Best just to drop contact and ignore any communication from him.
