€100/night,€680/week and €2800/month.The apartment is less than 10
minutes from the prestigious Champs Elysees, and an equal 15 minute
walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the lovely rue Cler pedestrian
market street, the Bon Marché department store. Booking is based on
first come, first served due to the volume of requests we get on daily
basis. Half of rent is needed to book with a refundable security
deposit of €300.

You requested June 30- July 3. for 4 nights= €400 (all fees and tax

Apartment is on 3rd floor, it is an elevator building. Floor Area is
950 sq. ft. We provide laundry soap,shampoo,activities
guide,telephone,alarm clock,paper towels,local maps,filtered
water,hair dryer,air-conditioning,central heating,toilet paper towels,
restaurant dining guide,soaps basic, towels provided,linens provided.
Kitchen comes with dish washer, clothes washer machine and dryer
spices, lobster pot, freezer, refrigerator, blender, stove top
burners, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster,iron
& board, coffee grinder,freezer.

Living Room with sofabed. Dining with dining area(seating for 4
people). 2 Bathrooms Bathroom 1 - Combination Tub/Shower, Toilet
Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower Bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms,
Sleeps 6 Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin/ Single Room 3 - 1
Sleep Sofa /Futon The two main bedrooms are located at opposite ends
of the apartment, ensuring a measure of privacy even when the
apartment is fully occupied. The Bon Marché department store and the
heart of St Germain des Pres, a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood.
As the apartment is equipped for cooking, you can explore the
incredible markets and delicatessen shops nearby but also treat
yourself to French cuisine with a large selection of restaurants, from
the very fancy Arpège (chef Alain Passar) just on the corner to the
typical little bistrot Café du Marché on rue Cler!

Other amenities are TV, DVD, satellite/cable, radio, wireless
broadband internet access, parking available at no extra cost, long
term renters welcome. Local Activities are cycling, walking. Other
attractions are cinemas, groceries, hospital, playground, museums,
fitness center, ATM/bank, recreation center, laundromat. Leisure
Activities are live theater, sight seeing, zoo. Others are
restaurants, synagogues.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
The scammer also plays the part of any people he directs you to for reference.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

the owner of the apartment, i dont list on another website like airbnb
because i had many clients that requested for my apartment. Payment
accepted via credit card you make the payment through to Western union
Money Transfer or go to nearest western union outlet location to make
the payment.Let me know about your interest so I can send you a
booking/payment form so you can fill and send it back to me in order
to book the Apartment.I'd advise you make booking on time before
someone else does.

A colleague and I used the aprtment whilst working in Paris for a week.
It suited our needs sufficiently, was clean and tidy, and the owner
went out of his way to accomodate us including arranging a late check
in providing internet access.

If you wish to discover Life in Paris it is not better choice as live
here. Apartements are really the top class and you feel after short
time like at home. it is really difficult to leave this place although
you know that your family and your home are waiting for you.

This apartment absolutely made our stay in Paris a great vacation.
The location is great with easy access to everything either by walking
or tube. . Johnson was easy to deal with and helpful. This is so much
better than staying in a hotel and the cost is less than many Paris
hotels! If you want a pleasant stay in Paris and a place to relax
along with a great location, rent this apartment!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time in Paris - in part thanks to
this great flat.
We had been traveling a month in France and it was nice to have
individual space. This flat is lovely with a convenient location.

to make a Transfer, and you`ll be given a Form to Fill and deposit the
Money, also you will be required to pay transfer charges, i will refund the
