Thanks for showing interest in my unit.however, the unit is still available for short/long term.
The month-month fees including G/W/E is EUR300 and deposit fee is EUR300 = EUR600.

Unfortunately am not in Brussels for now that is the major reason why I wanted to rent out

Living room with authentically details: the living room has large windows, beautiful large sofa, DVD, Plasma TV with cable, a dining area, nice and well equipped open kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dryer) There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, each bathrooms is en-suited to a bedroom for utmost convenience and
privacy.
