First of all if you want to rent the apartment you need to pay 1 month of rent + 1 month of warranty ( $600 + $600 = $1200 ) ! ( but that month of warranty you will receive back after you finish the contract ) !
If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact DHL and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away.
I will need your full name and address for that. You will receive a notification from DHL shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow and the invoice as well.
Regarding the payment, you will be instructed to deposit the money to DHL. They will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want take it or not.

I want to confirm you that i have started the transaction and i need your confirmation to let me know if you have got the invoice from DHL ( Please verify your email address inbox or spam / junk folder maybe you have receive the invoice from DHL there ).
Also i have to say that i paid all the taxes including the DHL taxes and also delivery taxes so you will not have to pay any other taxes only the Western Union taxes when you will deposit the money.
Please confirm me the money deposit after you have sent the details of payment to DHL so the delivery can start.
Also i need to told you that if you don't receive the invoice from the company i need to contact me because they told me that they have some problems with the system and maybe you not receive the e-mail from them.

When payment is received, it will be verified and secured into a non-interest bearing trust account. Payment verification process usually takes less than 2 days. After payment is secured, we will proceed with the shipping. The Tenant will receive a tracking number of the shipment. The Tenant receives the apartment keys and rental contract and has 14 days to inspect it.
* If the Tenant rejects the rental contract he will contact DHL for the refund of the money. DHL refunds the Tenant after the complaint is analyzed. Complaints are usually resolved in 24 hours. The Landlord will pay the shipping back if the Tenant rejects the apartment.
