Rental scammer, attempting to collect money for apartments he does not own.

Email #2: Note how the scammer is starting to put pressure on his potential victim, saying the apartment is in high demand and he must act quickly. As always, we have the "explanation" for why the victim will not be able to see inside the apartment up front. In reality, in the vast majority of American states, the apartment owner can arrange viewings while the apartment is occupied, provided he gives proper notice.

Thanks for getting back to me?Well i received your email and i want you to understand that the apartment unit can also be made unfurnished for you if you are coming with your own furniture to the unit.so the monthly rent for unfurnished unit is $2,100 per month,Keep in mind that viewing of the apartment unit interior and also move-in will commence from on the 15th when the current occupant has moved out from the apartment unit,Because the current occupant will be moving out on the 13th So that means the apartment unit will be fully available for your viewing and also move-in from on the 15th by 3pm So you are advise to come by the unit for viewing and also move-in by then,And it is OK by me if you want the apartment as stated. The apartment lease period is flexible (depending on how long you desire),So all you have to do now is to make reservation to secure the apartment unit for your proposed move-in date. The rent per month is $2,500 with utilities plus a refundable security deposit of $1,500.And i must let you know that this apartment is in high demand, so if you are really interested in securing the apartment then you must act fast to have it secured prior to your move-in date.But if you insist that you see the apartment before on the 15th when the unit will be fully available then i will advise that you take a walk round the apartment building and see for your self where you are about to stay in a short time from now,Keep in mind that you will not be allowed to enter or view the unit interior at the moment till on the 15th by 3pm when the unit will be fully available for viewing and also move-in.

There is an amazing laundry facility in the unit, electric, garbage disposal, cable TV available, Pets allowed.

-Monthly rent is $2,500 plus refundable security deposit of $1,500
-3 months lease attract 10% discount of the total rent.
-6 months lease attract discount of 15% of the total rent.
-A year lease attract 20% discount of the total rent.

I got your email and i want you to understand that you are dealing with the owner of the said property directly that was why you were not charge any additional fee like broker or an agent fee,

Note that the only way i can be able to guarantee you the availability of the apartment upon on the 15th when the unit will be fully available for your viewing of the unit interior and also move-in is only when you make a request of the apartment booking lease contract form now,You will be advise to read carefully fill in the required information correctly on the lease contract sign on it and make a deposit reservation by placing down a hold on the unit in your name which will enable me proceed with the reservation process to get the unit secured and documented in your name on my apartment data as my new tenant to be in my apartment.

So i wait to hear from you soon to enable me send to you the lease contract and also the reservation details for booking in my next email.
