My apartment is well furnished and well decorated with a lot of facility such as: Wireless internet facilities, Phone, Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Bathroom, Toilet, Bedroom, kitchen, utility room and the bills is included in the rent amount and also you will be using all this facility alone without sharing with any body.

Just to clarify as I see the comment in the post above about him being "real."

There is a real person writing these letter, but his name is not Christopher, and he is not Irish. The writing tells me that he is African. He may never have even been in UK before.
