Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Below is the same scam artist but no money was sent to this putz we went and looked at the home earlier and it's owned by Fannie Mae bank corp. He used a different name and E-Mail this time but after looking here I found the exact same rental app he posted to someone here. So I am posting it here in hopes if he does it again or is in the works to someone finds this. I am reporting all the info I got from him to the police dept here in florida asap! So he doesn't take anyone else for everything they have like he attempted to do with me if I would have my entire income would have been gone and I am on disability and I've got 2 children so it would have been really serious then. But it didn't get that far because we went to the property first before any money was sent to him. The house had a notice on the door saying that the home was not for rent it was for sale and anyone saying it was for rent was a criminal and a scam artist not to give any money to them that their a fraud. Found it on Craigslist as well. Needless to say I am finished with Craigslist for good. I just hope the info I have posted here helps someone else from not becoming a victim and sending this criminal money! Hope it helps someone.
