Here is the latest craigslist rental scam, emailed reply to me, & a re-reply after I sent back the application. No, money changed hands or mailed to them, however it all seem fishy when they didn't CALL ME/didn't refer to me by name/improper grammar & spelling. back regarding the renting of their $300,000 home & keys/doc would be sent upon receipt of deposit & first months rent.
I hope we helped someone else stop/look/think twice before moving forward with rentals. Good Luck & be safe.

Myself and my wife are very excited and willing to let you move into our house as soon as possible and we have concluded on accepting payment for the first month payment $700 including Utilities inside and a security deposit of $600 the total of $1,300 to move in as soon as you are ready,but i promise you that you will love the house and i want to trust you which i hope you will not disappoint us and you will love the house and a good relationship between us,Like i said earlier that the house is locked and i have the keys and document with me so you can drive by the house and view from the exterior part of the house but you will not be able to see the inside because the keys are with me, The following documents are here with us as i couldn't find anyone who i could trust to drop them with But never mind, the FedEx Shipping service will do that for me.The package containing the keys/documents of the house, which will be delivered to your doorstep via FedEx world wide courier service to your current home address as i said,withing 24hours and the tracking number # will be send to you. more so I have made enquiries on how you can get the deposit to me and i was told there is also a Money Transfer Facilities or either a Money Gram outlet any one of them close to you will be better.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent House form(Containing your reference details)
3) The House documented file.
4) Payment Receipt.
5) Full address and description of the house.
Thanks very much for been so honest with me and for re-assuring us that our House will be well taken care of, Let me know if you are ready for the deposit fee ASAP So i can start making all the necessary arrangement with the shipping company on how the House keys/documents will be deliver to you Asap.
