Hello,

Thanks for the interest shown in my flat. The room is still available and the period you need to take this room is perfect and am fine with you visiting the room on the day you arrive and moving in as well.

It's a three bedroom apartment and you'll be having a room to yourself room which has it's own bathroom and toilet for your personal use that would suit any single person or professional person specific need a Central heating and Electric fans, Wall wardrobe. Rooms has internet services, table&desk, telephone, and. there is a WiFi services, extra towels and plenty of dresser space.

My flat is located at 1 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8RB , UK and the nearest tube station is Regent Park st/Great Portland st. Tube station and Russel square garden st. Tube station which is just a 3minutes to my door step. The apartment is in an excellent Central London location ,famous garden squares but at the same time close to sights and attractions.

The rent is 70.00pounds a week or 280.00pounds a month for each room which includes all council tax/bills like gas, electricity, water, internet, central heat, cleaner and you would not have to pay extra bill and a security deposit of 320pounds is required which would be refunded back to you in full upon moving into the flat. Attached alongside the pictures of the apartment is my very self so as to give you proper understanding and convince you more and know who your intending roommate looks like.

You would be sharing the flat with me. Am 28 years old English Female. I work with Gordaun Logistics. I am nice and friendly to be with. I hope you are also friendly too. I have had various international room mates in the past and we really got along well. Am looking for a flat mate that's looking for a place to call home and you might just be the perfect room mate for me and i believe i would not regret it .

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
