Thanks for the mail and the interest in my apartment, the whole flat cost $650 per month including utilities, meanwhile, the refundable deposit is $500. I knew it was a scam from the moment I saw it. 650 all inclusive, fully furnished, 1 bdr right next to UofT? Come on. Just wanted to see what he'd say (and maybe a little bit of me was hoping that it wasn't...).
