The apartment has 1 bedroom. Firstly i will like to know how long you want to stay in my apartment,because I'm not longer in town to arrange viewing, as I'm in the Houma Louisiana because i just secured a new job here and i wish to rent it out either long/short term works for me and rent include all utilities. The room is spacious furnished bedroom, hardwood floor plus secured parking, close to schools and major shopping malls. Comes Furnished with: ***Washer & Dryer, fridge and Stove, TV,Internet,AC,Heater,cooker and lot more

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and cool environment, comes with kitchen,toilet and bathroom and a living room.
MY TERMS AND CONDITION ARE:
1..I ALLOW PETS IN MY APARTMENT.
2.I DO NOT ALLOW ARROGANT
3)CLEANINGS AND TIDINESS IS IMPORTANT.

Attached are the interior pictures for you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks, I will like you to get back to me with your final decision after viewing the interior pictures and let me know if you are interested in proceeding with the rental so that I can forward the application form to you.

So if you are still interested after driving by to view the exterior let me know asap to proceed on the next step.......feel free to ask any question.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
