Rental Scam- [email protected]

Just to let you know about a rental scammer (operating in Frankfurt, as far as I know) calling himself Marcus Mestrov and sending the following information:

MESSAGE 1

Hello,
I look forward to rent out a bedrooms in my home at Schloßstraße 14,
60486 frankfurt am main , Germany. The whole apartment has just been renovated and refurnished. The rent includes heating , hot and cold water, electricity, water heater, and each room with its own bathroom.
kitchen, Living room and balcony are shared, you can also have your own visitors, the apartment is located in Central City, public transport and supermarket are just in a stone throw distance . Each of the room in the flat cost 360 euro which include all other charges such as electricity,water supply, cost of gas , internet etc . Caution fee is 550 euro which is refundable when you are moving out of the flat. Contact me for more information if you are interested.

Good day and thanks for the reply..Sorry viewing the flat will not be possible now because I had just relocated here in England few days ago because i had just got a job here and i had just left Germany few days ago, that is the reason why i am renting out the apartment and i have the flat keys here with me but i can only send the flat pictures to you so that you can have an impression of the flat before moving in...
