Short Term Flat Rental/ Divine Homes Management

Looking for a place to rent in Hawaii and found this one on Craigs List.

trying to get some warm and fuzzies before putting money down, and am finding some iffy things, especially about Divine Homes..

Any ideas on what else to check etc?

Looks like the shorttermflatrental.com is a new domain?

Also this is in their FAQ and I had seen something similar in a diff post here.
How do I pay for the booking?

Recently we have stopped accepting payment through Credit Cards because there are a lot of frauds on them. We ONLY accept payments through Bank Transfer. All payments are paid into owner's account
