Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Hi everyone i was just about to rent a room in London from Steven Clinton. At the beginning i asked him if i can pay him when i arrive and he said yes,but after we both agreed about everything he sent me this email.

Due to my recent experience with intending tenant who book a room by signing the contract but didn't show up or send a mail to cancel the reservation. I will appreciate if you can transfer refundable security deposit to confirm your reservation, with this i will be sure you will be renting.

Kind advice if this is okay by you, so i can send me mt details to enable you to proceed and send the refundable security deposit and i will send you receipt immediately i receive your payment.
