Concerning the apartment.,The living situation is one person to a room for the single room but you can decide to share your room with whoever you wish.This simply means the room is a standard room so it can be used as a single or as a double depending on how you wish to rent.Each room is a private room has it's own private bathroom while the share area is the kitchen and the living room.You can rent on a long term or short term basics.The contract is flexible and on a month to month basics which also makes it easier to end the contract whenever you wish as long as you consider the two weeks notice period.Tenants are allowed to receive guest but i must be informed if any of your guest will be staying more than a week.
The terms are one month in advance[450euros] including utilities, plus one month's security deposit in advance [450euros] for your single occupancy and [600 euros] including utilities, plus one month's security deposit in advance [600euros] for your double occupancy .

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
