The apartment has been renovated with new kitchen and baths, sound proof windows, and has central A/C. It is located first floor of luxury full service building with health club, pool, concierge and 24 hr garage. Pied-a-terres and pets are allowed. Apartment Features : City Full, Park Full, Terrace, Roof Deck, Exercise room, Private Storage, Central Laundry, Floor Laundry, Valet, Laundry Service, Video Security, Cable TV, Pool, Health Club.


The periodic Rate are:

Nightly rate:$50,
Weekly rate:$350,
Monthly rate:$1300.

The total for 3 months 3 x $1300 = $3900

To reserve this apartment, you will have to pay an upfront payment of the first month rent which is $1300 plus a refundable security deposit of $200 which will be refunded back to you on your check out date if we found out that the apartment is been handled with care which altogether is $1500.and the balance of the rent you have to pay it in move in date,the only reason why the upfront of $1300 is just to make sure you are renting the apartment you can get your money back if you lost interest in the apartment,please do not hesitate to get back to me if you have any more question to ask concerning the apartment,if you can promises me you we take good care of my apartment?awaiting your reply so i can send you the booking and reservation to fill.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
