Rental Scammer Stephen Philips

Got another one, this guy was contacting me via craigslist so I never got his real email address, but I thought I'd at least get his "name" out there. He sent me a description with photos and the address, but the m2 he told me didn't match up to how big the apartment was in the photos--the photos showed a much bigger apartment. He also says it's on the first floor and I'd say from the photos it's about 4th floor. I google mapped the address he sent me and it's not the same building (his shows a balcony, there are no balconies in this building) and the red building that's in the background is nowhere to be seen anywhere near the rue pétion. Here's the conversation:

Although the bathroom is a little small but it has a shower and a new toilet closet

I know Wifi is important so you don't have problem with high speed WIFI internet access

Summarizing the next string of emails: I ask him how much the rent is, he says 750€ with a 700€ security deposit, I tell him that's out of my budget, he says he's flexible, I say I can do 550€, he says he can work with 600€, I ask him where the apartment is located, if he has photos and how many m2 it is, he responds:

I tried to bait him into saying something obviously scammy--I asked him if he lived in Paris and if I could come see the apartment--but he didn't bite and just stopped responding.
