This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I can see your willingness in this Apartment and i want you to know that i'm satisfied with your profile and also believe that you can take good care of the apartment. l would not like to experience what l experienced from my last tenant again that is why will hand over every thing by our self and proceed with the keys via UPS to your temporary home address.I will love it if you can hold the keys of the apartment till when you are ready to move in then i will be counting the month rent by then and non of my cloths there,I accept your application form and due to this reason you may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you cant view the inside the apartment due to the security guiding the apartment and without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security.

Am right now in Philadelphia presently and the keys to the apartment is with me here so I will only be able to delivery the keys to your temporary home address you fill in the application form via UPS delivery service.

Am willing to rent out the apartment for Long and Short term lease its all depend on how you are willing to stay in my apartment and you will need to sign a contract. Before i proceed further with the contract i will like to make this clear to you that , the apartment is luck for now and you can only view it or move in after you receive the keys via UPS by Overnight Delivery with Tracking #.

I suggested that to avoid unnecessary journeys and time wasting, if you are around we suggest you go to the apartment and have a look at the exterior surrounding and if you like the place and vicinity around the location then we can proceed further with the keys to your home address via UPS with 48hours delivery

I really understand how you feel regarding viewing of the apartment but its quiet unfortunate that my travel process to Philadelphia is very important and urgent .

You will review the copy of the contract sign it and forward it back to my email then we can proceed with the original copy with the keys and receipt of deposit payment, via ups once we have conclude as soon as possible. The apartment come furnished and the utilities include rent and deposit

Sorry for my late response have been busy due to my work and i believe you will take care of our property like your own . Kindly found the shipping agent details you will need in making the payment transfer via Western Union Or Money Gram Due to your move in and get back to me with your signed contract plus attached receipt of your payment transfer. Monthly rent ILS 2700 and deposit of ILS 2700 . The keys will be deliver to your home address 48hours after we conform your payment transfer.

Your deposit can you be use as your last month rent or refundable back as soon as you are ready to move out of the apartment with One or Two month notice. Also you will be making your first Month rent after you move into the apartment . Once i confirm your payment transfer i will send the receipt of the package via UPS with Tracking # so as to verify the delivery time with ups office.

Once again l'm giving you this apartment on trust and do not disappoint me because l dont want our apartment to be destroyed again,if you wish to move in with your own properties,we still have one extra room that is empty so you can easily put our own things that you think you dont need in there. Here are the contents that will be delivered to you via UPS courier service.
