Wow, It seems like this is not new, but then again this is my first time renting a home. I got the same exact message regarding a home on Craigslist in Yuba County, CA. It seemed way too good to be true so I Googled the address. Along with this site I also did a little research and the public records shows a completely different person on the deed. The home is for sale so I contacted the Realtor and let them know as well.
