Hello,

I've attached a photo of my friend Roxy and I, myself my sister and my uncle, and myself and my brother. and the pictures of the room.

The flat has 3 rooms, one is for me and the other two is available.

The rent per month is 400 Euros and a security deposit 600 Euros ,which is refundable,At the end of your stay in the room ,600 Euros Will be refund to you and it has to be refund, the purpose of this money is in case of damages and if you did not damage any thing in the room your money will be refund in full to you at the end of your stay in the room.

The flat is located in Leonhardstraße 8, 8010 Graz, Austria .

The flat Excellently located in the center of Graz and so within walking distance of all major sightseeing attractions and the major shopping and entertainment areas.

PROCEDURE :

1.You need to read and sign the agreement form that will guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.

2.The deposit and the first month rent has to be paid to my mother via bank transfer ,this will show us that you're really interested in the room.

3. I'll need Your name and your move in and out date to prepare the Agreement/contract.

4 a scanned copy of your passport or your identity card.

Let me know if this is okay by you cause i have been deceived by un-seriuos people on this room, that is why my mother advised me to request for the deposit and first month rent before concluding agreement with anybody.its written in the agreement form that your money(deposit) will be returned to you after your stay in the house.

The signed agreement form will be send to you first through attached mail(with the scanned page of my international passport). for you to read and understand, after which you will proceed with the payment and you would have to bring along with you the signed contract.
Regards,
Emily.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
