Rental Scammer - [email protected]

I have received a new version of this scam from [email protected] after showing interest for a room/studio on spareroom.co.uk. This version is very different from the previous, and they don't ask for an advance explicitly. But they surely put some pressure on that front.

In fact it seems that they have only kept a single paragraph from the orginal (marked as bold in the text bellow, it is mostly a copy and paste of one of the last paragraphs of the original).

I received an email of interest in my apartment located on: Gresham Rd, Cambridge, CB1 2EP.
My daughter lived there during her studies in England, but now she's back home permanently (in Poland), so I'm renting the place for unlimited time. The apartment has not been inhabited since she's no longer living there.
The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished, equipped and renovated, it is well decorated. I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs).
The rent for 1 month is £500 (for the entire apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, heating, Internet, cableTV), all the bills will be paid by me and you have to pay only the money for the rent in every month. The security deposit is £500, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment ( you will have to give me at least 1 month notice ).
I am the only owner of the apartment, it is paid in full and it has no legal problems. I want to rent the apartment in legal condition, with a contract from a notarial office or real estate agency.
This is the second time when I try to rent my apartment, I had a "deal" with a "nice couple" before, who said that they will definitely rent the apartment and convinced me to come over Cambridge. So I got a plane ticket, and guess what!? When I arrived there, they didn't show up or answer my calls or emails... I lost money and precious time on their promise.
So don't get me wrong and don't take it personally, but now I don't want to buy another plane ticket to come and fall for it once more.... I'm sick of tire-kickers, people who are just looking around and not serious about renting, so please if you are not 100% interested don't waste my time... No offense!
To come again you will have to show me a proof of your seriousness in renting my apartment, I do not need any advance payment done to me until you visit the apartment and decide to rent it, but I will need to have some kind of warranty.
