Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Okay we're usually very good at this, but probably because of some desperation we fell for it. APPARENTLY this scammer is now working MInot, ND. Now We went as far as that Szumi, even sending the money, luckily I found this site in time and was able to recall the money (now they're wondering what's up.) Edit: Just remembered, if we were able to recall the money (again go me and my lazy paranoia) what do we do now?

I just wanted to thank everyone that posted this warning about this scam. You just saved me from sending $550 plus $650 first/last rent to someone who didn't own a home they were renting.
