I am trying to book a short stay apartment in London UK with them, but the website looks a bit strange.

wewstonwesthomes.com is indeed a fake rental site that was registered on the 4th of October 2013.
It will be reported for abuse.
The scammers also have another domain registered which will be reported too. - williamwillshomes.com
