I found this listing on Zillow for sale during our conversation. Then I looked up Raymond McDowell and found this website and two different post for two different properties. He called me after telling him I was concerned and I called him out on everything I found; of course he denied everything (in a very heavy Chinese accent). The final straw was I contacted the broker and found the seller was not Raymond McDowell so here I am letting the rest of you know as well.
