Hello Michelle
Thanks for writing back and for your interest in my apartment. It will be my pleasure to rent and reserve a bedroom for you in the apartment and i will find another tenant that will be renting the other bedroom in the apartment.
However, The apartment will be available for the period of your stay and you can move into the apartment upon your arrival in Berlin only if you reserved it now as there are many people interested in renting the apartment during that same period.
Little about me:: I am a 24 years old German..I'm presently in Aberdeen as i just got a Job..I'm easy to go along with, i don't smoke and never get drunk in anyway. i also like sports and going out sometimes too but i also cherish my quite time to read and make more research about my profession. if you need to know any thing just ask and i will be glad to answer. The apartment was owned by my Mother and she is a professional Nurse working in Kiev and she said i should rent the apartment out so that it won't be empty.
I already inform my parent of your interest in the apartment and will get back to you on the necessary procedure as soon as i hear from them.
Looking forward to read from you as soon as possible and will like to know what you think about my above sentence.
Regards,
Daniel

Hello Michelle
Thanks for writing back and for your interest in my apartment. It will be my pleasure to rent and reserve a bedroom for you in the apartment and i will find another tenant that will be renting the other bedroom in the apartment.
The apartment has a centralized heating and the cost is included in the rent.
I assure you that the other tenant will be young and i will make sure the other tenant won't be a smoker.
However, The apartment will be available for the period of your stay and you can move into the apartment upon your arrival in Berlin only if you reserved it now as there are many people interested in renting the apartment during that same period.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
