We are pleased that you have an interest in our home. Our lovely home is still available for rent and we want responsible adults/family that are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our home as if it were theirs. My wife and I initially had it up for sale but had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves because the agent that was in charge of our rental property was asking too much of an agent fee and also making it difficult for people who cannot afford the rent, to stay away from renting my house.

The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to Atlanta, GA and I will be away with my family for at least 5 to 6 years because of the love I have for them. I have decided not to sell our home and also assuring them that we only have few years to spend here and will be willing to lease it out to any person/family who is willing to assure us of taking absolute care of our home and pay their rent on time.

I will start by telling you a bit about my family. I have a daughter named Amanda (20 years) who attends University of Georgia as a medical student, she has a lot going for her and she is also down to earth in all that she does to keep us happy and when she is back home on vacation, she also assist her mom in the house work when am at work. I work as a Robotic Programmer & Welder/Fitter here in Atlanta, GA and got married to a lovely wife who is a member of Joyce Meyer Ministries.

We will be very pleased if we can find the right tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean freak and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt... we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home.

The 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths home is very spacious and neat.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thank you for the reply.....

The reason why we are not asking for too much is because we want any person or family moving into our home to take absolute care of the utilities and see that the whole house is kept clean and neat. If we see how good you are taking care of our home, we can extend your stay in our home and probably pay you visit once in every three months to ensure that we maintain a good relationship with you and the rest.

I am letting it out myself due to bad experience I had with my last realtor and the former tenant who damaged my home and it cost me a lot of money putting things back and that was why I took it upon myself to let out the property by myself without the aid of any agent.

As you can see, we are not around to show you our home and the inside but all is in place to allow you move in without any hassles, Already the property is in a perfect condition and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including refrigerator. Feel free to drive and stop by to view the exterior part of the home today and do not deal with any third party or agent as I am renting out my property all by myself since I already terminated my contract with the listing agent who handled it initially when I wanted to sell. You can give me a call once you are there so I can answer any question(s) that you may have regarding the home.

The utilities included in the month's rent are water,garbage, Electric and as for the maintenance of the home, I already have a subsisting contract in place to take care of whatever damage occurs and peradventure a tenant fixes anything in the home before my agent gets there, the cost expended would be deducted from the following month's rent as long as I have proof of such repairs.

Payment of deposit and rents would be into a dedicated account as its practically impossible for me to come there and collect it in person as that is the same way the formal tenant was paying rents.

If all arrangements are made promptly, I will email you the rental application form to print, fill and email back to me as I have many applicants contacting me in regard's to this same property. I am currently in Atlanta, GA with my family due to the new job I just took up but getting the entrance keys and the paperwork to you will not be a problem should we decide to admit you as our tenant.
