Rental Scammer - [email protected]

I encountered the same scam on Craigslist:

- $600 spacious studio in milpitas (milpitas)
0BR 0ft2 apartment
includes a brand-new European Bosch high-efficiency washer and dryer in the unit
it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests

I contacted the person and got this response from "james landers <[email protected]>", to which I did not reply:

Hello , My name is James ,i got the email you sent to me,thank you for your interest in my apartment,Just a couple of weeks ago,i relocated to Cleveland Ohio will like you to know that i want a good tenant who is going to take good care of my apartment while am Ohio,as the unit is still available for long and short term purpose because am going to be in Ohio for 3 years,I want you to know that the Apartment is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe neighbourhood and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric, outdoor space and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed.So if you are interested please get back to me so that I can forward you the application and full interior pictures to you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks.
