Hello,

Thank you for writing in regards to the property for rent. The good news is that the place is still available.

We thought we had a couple confirmed, lease signed, a week ago, but the husband lost his job and they ended up moving out of city. You were the first to reply to us about it since it was put back on the market. With that said, we are giving you the first shot at reserving the place.

Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.

The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included in the price of $835. Security deposit is also $835 and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give us at least 30 days notice).

You can use the actual furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store actual furniture.

If you are interested to view or rent the apartment, please contact us soon.

Welcome to Scamwarners suani,

Yes, it is a scam.

Always require to physically go inside the rental and inspect it. Meet face to face with the person renting the property.

A couple of signs that it is a scam is when the Scammer wants to mail the keys and wants money sent via Money Gram Western or Western Union. He may even ask you to wire it to yourself or family member. He will give you some reason as to why. Most of the time he say's it will show that you are really interested. The scammer will ask that you send him the information on the transfer so he can verify it. Actually, he is going to pick up the money with a fake ID or bribed clerk.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.
