Thank you very much for your reply, i can see your willingness in this house. I want you to know that I'm satisfied with your profile; i showed your profile to my wife and She is OK with it. l want you to know that we can let you stay in my house till the period of time you wish. I want you to know that the rent fee is among the house utilities all included, so you can use them anytime but make sure you take proper care of my property. We have both concluded that since this will build more Trust for both family you can go ahead and make the Security Deposit payment first which is refundable to enable the shipment of the Keys and document to your current address and you can be able to check the inside of the House, after which you could move in at your convenience and promise to send the First Month RENT once you have fully moved in and also we would like to send the following document to you via FedEx next day delivery service and after the shipment the tracking number will be sent to you via email so that you can possibly know the arrival time, please once again,we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and i promise you that you will love and enjoy the peace of the Lord in the Home and not only, a good relationship between us.

Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.

1) Entrance and the Rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent house form
3) The House Documentary File.
4) Full Description of the House
5) Payment Receipt
6) Signed Lease Agreement Form you are supposed to also sign and get it sent back to me.

I have four other tenants that are ready to make upfront payment, but am not going to accept their offers, because they are drunks, they party, so please promise me you are going to take good care of my house. Note that all the documents of my house will be sent to you as soon as you agreed with terms. So please do get back to me today so that i will let know the next step to take concerning the payment.. Rent already includes utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that.. Utilities include: power, water, Sewer and trash.

i will be receiving the security deposit from you Via Money Gram because i think it reliable, secured and fast, and moreover, my wife and i, got into texas a just few months back and we have been trying to settle down. This has made it difficult for me to set up a bank account here for transaction like this. But never mind, i will be setting up one (Joint Account, for my wife and I) before the end of this year so Kindly get back to me as soon as possible, so that i can forward you the Money Gram Payment information which you will use to make the Deposit payment via Money Gram to me and Once your payment has been Confirmed the keys and documents will be shipped along with your pa

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
