Greetings!

Thanks for your email.. The house is still available. I decided to rent the house because we are going to spend more time here in Utah UT, about 3 years.. Let me start by introducing myself.
I must confess that I am very new in this landlord business..
However, My name is Kevin P Davis,I and my Wife own the house, Due to her job as a Medical Doctor, she works for American Red Cross Lutheran Hospital Donor Center, and now she have been transfer to Utah UT to work in a branch in Utah UT. We spent less time in the Charleston, WV so we could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when We knew how long we are going to stay in Utah UT that We decided to rent out the house. However, the initial plan was to sale out the house. which we tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell. The utilities are included in the rent, because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money , but want it to be clean and for you to take it as if it were yours.

It has a dramatic entry foyer with ceramic floor. Extremely spacious rooms throughout with lots of big windows...nice and light! New neutral paint and some newer carpet. Very quiet, low traffic area. Appliances included douglasm.smith are washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, new fridge (7/07)...I believe its absolutely a home for you and your family. Utilities include Water,Trash,Sewer,Gas

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
