Just spent a week chasing too good to be true price on apt. for out of country owner. Insisted on reliability of rentreporters.com, who knows how he gets the money, but i asked for the number of the apt. i never heard from the guy again. Joseph Holloway, found on Craigslist, used Peter Gleeson name first. Same details used in other posts, out of country for 6 years, engineer, wife and kids, Too Good To Be True...
