Thanks for your interest in my house, I am Jude Frank works as an,Engineer and the owner of the apartment,I have really decided to give out the house as a result of my transfer to Africa with the whole family. We are already here in South Africa over a week now. The house is available for long term and the building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat,water, electric and parking is included in the rent andpet are allowed. i am going to be back in the country in 2 years time.Please note that, we are a kind and honest family,that spent a lot on property that is available for rent, so in one accord, we are soliciting for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own.I did not entrust the apartment in the care of any agent or anyone because i want deal directly with any one who wants rent.

I tried to look for an agent that I could give the document & the keys before I left but could not find any as a matter of urgency. And I don't want home misused in my absence that is why I took the keys and documents along with me and you would be the only occupant of this unit as renting this room will give you access to the rest of the house and you won' t have no one to share anything with. So I hope you will promise me to take verygood care of the house always.Its well furnished and all amenities are Included. Such as : Dishwasher,Gas cooker, Fridge , Microwave , Washer/Dryer ,Cable Television , Electricity , Heat , Parking , Water/Sewer Bathroom,Hardwood,Internet Access , Internet access and many more

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
