DETAILS OF APARTMENT:

Rates: 50/Night, 350/Week.
-The rent rate includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas etc), VAT and all taxes/surcharges.
-This is a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom and well furnished apartment.
-We supply all linens, and there is a free parking space and high speed wireless Internet facility for your convenience.
-Kindly know that due to large numbers of booking inquires we received everyday we can not guarantee any reservation without payment deposit received.

COST OF BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Rent Cost for the 1 week & 6 nights is 650-GBP.
The Security Deposit is 300-GBP. (Refundable on your departure date)
The Total Cost of Booking is 950-GBP.
Payment Terms:
We require a booking deposit of (60% of the rent cost, plus the 300-GBP security deposit) to confirm any booking/reservation and we also give away 10% Discount on every full payment deposit during reservation.
* Part Payment:
60% Rent + Deposit = (390 + 300) = 690-GBP. (Balance on arrival)
* Full Payment:
New Rent Cost + Deposit = (585 + 300) = 885-GBP. (10% discount inclusive)
All reservations are subject to availability. Please note that your reservation is ONLY confirmed upon receipt of payment deposit in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Payment Method:
-We accept Bank Transfer for all payment within UK. We don’t accept cash payment, we only deals with cash in hand on departure date when security deposit is refunded. The payment can be transferred from online account or make a cash deposit at the bank branch.
-We accept and recommend Moneygram OR Western-Union Money Transfer for all payment from overseas. We strongly recommend and advise moneygram-money transfer payment method for all international guests, because the bank transfer from abroad takes up to 5-7 working days before it's get to us.
