I must let you know that the minimum period is 2 months, but I’d rather like to rent it for a long term.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for the first month of rent will be 405 Euro and I want also security deposit 215 Euro ( 620 Euro ), with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with a rental company, to make sure that we can trust each other. The rental company that I hire to make the transaction is called Rental 2000 Limited. (

To start the transaction with the rental company I need to send me all this details:

After I received all this details I can go to start the transaction and the rental company will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody, in which you will be told that they have the Keys and that they checked it.
When you recieve the delivery notification from rental company, you will have to go to an Western Union office and make a money transfer on the Rental 2000 Limited agent in United Kingdom, assigned with this transaction for the amount we agreed ( 620 Euro ).
After you make the deposit you will have to send to Rental 2000 Limited the scanned paper from Western Union money transfer, so they can know that you already made the deposit. Rental 2000 Limited will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will delivery the Keys and the contract to you in 48 Hours. The rental company will send you an agent and that person will come with you to check the apartment to see that all is right. In case that you don't want to rent the apartment, the agent will give your money back in cash ( I will write on the rental contract this condition, to be sure that you will get your money back ).
I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no costs for you.
