Good to read back from you.To be frank with you , i am not after the rent but need a responsible and loyal Tenant who will take good care of the flat, 50% of the rent goes to the Charities and the others goes for tax and bills .I have the keys and documents for the contract with me here in Italy .if you really have interest, kindly get back to me and we will both arrange on time and date to view the flat before signing for a contract. I will be needing a proof to show me you have the rent fee before i could go get my flight ticket because i traveled three time last week to show the flat to some couples but they don't have the funds at hand to pay and turn out telling me stories that they will pay me when they get a good job.This is so stressful and frustrating.i don't like jobless and time wasters and I don't want to risk or waste my time coming down anymore I need to have a proof from whoever is interested in my flat before getting my ticket to fly down..I am sorry for any inconveniences but you just have to reason with me.. If you have two months rent fee and the deposit,right there with you , well, you can use that as a proof to me by making a deposit to any of your family or partner living within the UK and show me a receipt as proof and confirmation before i can go get my flight ticket. illegal .So i prefer having a proof you have funds and will proceed from there. Go to any Western Union Location around you and do as instructed below to any of your family or partner and get back to me with a confirmation.

I was also made to understand that Western Union takes some charges for the transfer and I am telling you that I will return back to you the full transfer charges whether you decide to rent the flat or not when we meet. The rent is inclusive of council tax and bills.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
