"Hello

I went through your filled form and I'm satisfied with the information you provided. I will have the keys and document of the apartment which has all the information of the apartment, the exact address and amenities sent to your present address...after you've made the deposit payment.

Here's my number (+27)766994167 you can call me at your convenience so we can have a little talk.

To secure the apartment you'll make a deposit payment of the first month's rent (3850DKK) plus a basic security deposit of a month's rent (Which is refundable at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged in the apartment).

The total deposit to secure the apartment is 7700DKK (First month's rent + basic security deposit of 3850DKK). The payment would be made through Western Union money transfer using my information below. I'll be able to go to the bank in person with my ID to confirm and receive the payment.

Name: Craig Jordison
Address: 484 Frederick st., Pretoria 0183, South Africa.
Tel: +27766994167

I have attached a scanned copy of the photo page of my passport as a form of identification. Please find attachment. Also as reference I can provide you with my present employer's information for verification.

You'll have to get back to me with the transfer receipt when you're done, I'll need the transfer control number for confirmation.

Regards,

Craig"

After refusing numerous times to pay via Western Union, I asked for a viewing on the 9th or some other day after he is back in Copenhagen, to which he said he could not because he is so busy. He therefore wanted me to pay without even looking at the apartment in person.

This guy has ripped me off. He said he had an apartment in Singapore and I have paid him 2000SGD.
The email he is using with me is [email protected].
The phone number is the same but the address is 325 Frederick Street.
I have actually spoken to him and even emailed 2 referees he gave me who said he was a good guy.
I have never been scammed like this before, he seemed so genuine.
He also sent me his passport scan, if anyone knows of him, he's Canadian, let me know.
