Hello ,
Thanks for the inquiry, Let me start by saying a little about me, I was only fortunate to have a home over here, due to my work transfer few years ago. I bought this property on no reason because i calculated the time it'll take me to stay fortunately the money was equivalent to the same price I'll be spending if i were to rent an apartment just with little difference, i came across this beautiful place and decided to buy which i did at cheaper rate as it was placed, no one is living there since i left and everywhere is locked, then i decided to rent out this place for rent or even sell it back on a cheaper rate lower than the price i bought it because i don't know when I'll be back.
I'm the owner of the property. Actually i resided in the apartment with my family before and presently we had packed due to my work and now situated in Ukraine . I need someone with an open heart, love and clean to put all my worries off concerning maintenance since i wouldn't be living there with you, am looking into both Long and short term lease on a month to month/yearly basis. I also left behind everything, keys and documents to property are here with me i can't leave that with someone i don't trust ,its located in a very nice area & quiet neighborhood, but i still need to make sure it's rented out to someone who can take good care of it , property includes all facilities such as water Air Conditioning ,Dishwasher, Fireplace, Garage, Washer & Dryer, Yard , heat laundry facilities, air condition, internet, telephone access, car park comes with trash collection, pets are allowed as well as long as they are not destructive So if you know you are capable of the task, i will like to know if you wish to BUY or RENT all-though have received so many proposals everyone seems to rent so for now i have decided to rent it out but let me know your decision first . I'll like you to fill out the the questions below

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
