Good to read again from you and for expressing your genuine interest in wanting to sub-let my apartment and I hope you'll be a great tenant for the period of your
stay, However viewing will be a little problem because I'm here in NY with the keys & documents are here with me which I will have to send that to you through UPS Courier service after you fill out the rental application form.The unit is 100% clean and neat as shown in the photos i sent in my previous email, I will be away for about 12 to 16-Month's But will come to inspect once in a while. All I need is someone to trust and to take good care of the apartment as i used to. Pets is allowed (Dog or Cat) And like i did said earlier on viewing will be a little problem because the keys are with me here and there is nobody there to show you the interior. I am doing the rent on my own now and i am not using the Realtor at present since i'll be away for only few month's.But be rest assured that everything on the photos are as same and intact in the apartment:
Meanwhile, Below are the lease terms:
* An advance payment and the Refundable security deposit shall be paid. (Meanwhile, once my landlord and I have gone through your rental application form and everything is fine, I will call you myself or email you back so that i can have your mailing address where the unit keys and documents will be mailed to through UPS Courier express service and i could easily go ahead and register them for shipment to you and forward you a tracking number to verify it online before talking about how you will be making the advance payment and the refundable security deposit payment).
* The Rent shall be paid on weekly or Monthly basis thereafter.......
* You shall only be allowed to default in payment of rent for not more than 1 month after which the eviction process shall be initiated.
* If you will need to vacate the apartment, notice shall be given a week prior to intended day of moving.
* The security deposit shall be refunded on or before the 3rd day of vacating the apartment.

Find attached file for the Rental Application Form, send it back to me Immediately the form is filled.
